Cut Heat Cool
The cutting process prepares the belt for heating. The Quickmelt method cuts the belt at an angle & the Flexproof method consists of finger cutting. The heating process activates the internal glue of the belt to create a strong bond. A guide rail must be used to align the belt and protect it from the heating plates. The cooling process ensures the belt reaches room temperature at the optimal speed for a strong bond.
