Super Wetfold Concentrate is a fast, effective, and economical folding solution designed to produce sharp, tight folds that remain soft and pliable. It improves fold quality without weakening paper fibers or leaving residue on finished products.
Formulated specifically for use with our Wet Score System, Super Wetfold is a non-hazardous, alcohol-free concentrate that mixes easily with water and can be adjusted for a wide range of paper stocks.
Recommended Mixing Ratio:
Mix 1–4 oz. of Super Wetfold per gallon of water. We recommend starting with 2 oz. per gallon and increasing the concentration as needed for heavier paper stocks.
Before Initial Use:
Flush the system with hot water to remove any residue and help prevent clogged applicator needles.
