Eastey TB-3EX Top & Bottom Belt Case Taper w/ 3 in. Tape Head

The TB-2 top and bottom belt case taper is user-friendly and designed for high-volume case sealing. It's perfect for tall, narrow, and heavy cases up to 85 lbs, and operates without the need for compressed air, allowing placement anywhere in the facility.

The system uses four drive belts to consistently transport cases for a durable and even seal. Featuring a dual mast with twin lead screws, the TB-2 ensures stable tape head operation and has adjustable side guides to accurately align each case. Additionally, top compression rollers help secure and align overfilled case flaps, providing an efficient alternative to manual taping.

The TB-2 allows for quick and effortless case size changes, accommodating boxes starting from 5 inches in length. On-the-fly adjustments are facilitated by simple hand-tightening knobs and cranks. It employs the Easy-Taper Quick-Load system for both top and bottom tape cartridges, capable of sealing boxes as narrow as 6 inches wide and as short as 4.5 inches tall.
