"T" Wrench for changing the knife blade bolts in guillotine type paper cutters. 11/16" socket by 16" long. This welded all steel "T" wrench has a quality steel 11/16" socket welded to the end of its shaft.  It is used on many models of Seybold paper cutters and some others.

Fits our blade bolt B43.
