Bonding Instructions

Mark the bonding area and ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dirt or other contaminants.
Apply Fixol adhesive to the traction layer only using a brush. Work the adhesive into the surface until it becomes tacky.
Carefully align the glued surfaces and press them together without shifting their position.
For best results, use a Habasit hot-pressing device. Pressing time varies by belt type—refer to the appropriate Joining Data Sheet for the correct settings.
