High Speed Steel: Our standard high speed steel provides excellent cutting quality and longevity. Each knife has a T1 inlay with high tungsten content. Lasts 3x longer than standard steel.
High Speed Steel (Fassco): Fassco is a German knife manufacturer well-known in the paper industry. These knives are a higher quality high speed steel. They have a wider inlay for more sharpening's, and tempered 3x for increased durability.
Carbide: Longest lasting steel available for the most demanding cutting operations. Will give you a minimum of 6x the life of high speed steel. (Please note: not a stock item for many models. Please contact us if you were interested in a carbide knife for your machine)
