The AF-100/US is a manual die-cutting tool designed to prepare Habasit belts and machine tapes for Flexproof joining. It handles belts and tapes up to 100 mm wide and 6 mm thick, making it well suited for heavier power transmission belts and machine tape applications.

The belt is securely clamped to a movable carriage that advances in 10 mm increments beneath the cutting head. A two-blade die-cutting head is operated with an eccentric lever, providing enough cutting force for strong aramide fabrics while maintaining precise finger geometry for consistent joint strength.
