TAKK provides Anti-Static Brushes designed for neutralizing positive and negative static electricity in industrial and business machines. These self-energizing, induction-type eliminators require no external power, ensuring spark-free operation even in hazardous locations. The brushes are available in various lengths, including 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 48, and 60 inches, with custom lengths also available. Common applications include High-Speed Paper and Plastic Webs, Conveyors, Continuity Testing, Coating Operations, and other industrial operations, especially in limited mounting space scenarios.

• Constructed of conductive nylon fibers mounted in an anodized aluminum holder.
• Use with fibers in direct contact with affected surfaces (serving as a ground) or within 1/4" of the surface (serving as a static eliminator).
• Conductive Nylon Fiber—.002 inch filament diameter, 3000 per inch (double density) filament count, 2 x 105 ohm-cm electrical resistivity
