The PF-62 is a hot-pressing device designed for Flexproof joining of Habasit thermoplastic power transmission belts. Combined with the CD-61 cooling tongs and the appropriate adjustable guide rail set, it creates an efficient on-machine joining system that allows belts to be replaced quickly.

The wide press plate accommodates 10/120 mm Flexproof finger joints for strong, reliable splices, even where working space and visibility are limited. Designed primarily for on-site joining, the PF-62 features an LED status display, overheating protection, and adjustable temperature control from 120 °C to 190 °C.
